Melany is everything we were looking for in a nanny and more. She has been our nanny for a year and a half (5 days a week) and has been such a blessing. She is reliable, punctual, loving, and creates a safe and fun environment for our two girls (6 months and 2.5 years old). We can always rest assured that our children are safe and happy when they are with Melany which gives us so much peace of mind when we are at work. She is wonderful at planning fun activities for the girls and has helped our 2.5 year old with various developmental milestones (counting, colors, alphabet, manners, and even teaches her Spanish). She also has been responsible for taking our 2.5 year old to many activities including swim and gymnastics and frequent outings to the zoo, aquarium, arboretum, library, parks and many more. All around Melany has made our lives so much easier and has really become a part of our family. You can tell she really loves the girls. We highly recommend Melany!
