Melany was our nanny for almost three years. She started with us when our kiddo was just three months old and only stopped being our nanny when we decided to start sending our kiddo to school. Melany took wonderful care of our child and friend's kiddo at our home as part of a nanny share. Melany is patient and thoughtful. She would ask us about our approach to supporting our kiddo when things changed (transitioning to solids or out of the crib) and would mirror our approaches. She really loved our kiddos and became a part of our family. I cannot recommend Melany enough.
