I cannot speak highly enough about Melanie, our daughter's Spanish tutor and babysitter! From the moment we hired her to teach our five-year-old daughter Spanish, Melanie has been nothing but exceptional. She is extremely quick to respond to any messages or questions that we have, which put our minds at ease. When Melanie arrived at our first lesson, we were immediately impressed by her level of preparation. She had brought flashcards and books to help make learning fun for our daughter! Her organization and professionalism were very much appreciated, and it instantly made us feel like we had made the right decision hiring her. Not only is Melanie reliable and punctual, but she is also a very sweet person who is fantastic with kids. Our daughter absolutely adores her, which is why we hired her as a babysitter as well. She is always so patient and calm, even when our daughter is acting a little crazy or having a bad day. Overall, we are thrilled with the level of service Melanie has provided us and our daughter. She is an excellent teacher and babysitter, and we will absolutely continue to use her going forward. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of Spanish lessons or a trustworthy babysitter.
