I've been a working mom and a stay at home mom and know the importance of having a support system in place because everyone needs help at some point along the way. I have been caring for infants and children since my early teens and still find enjoyment in doing so. Currently, I am helping my niece care for her son (under 12 months) one day a week. Prior to 2014, I worked at the Univ of MD, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and a Fortune 500 company as a Director recruiting Medical Admins. I have some flexibility with my schedule for the right position.
