I cannot say enough positive things about Melanie. She was an absolute DREAM nanny for my two rambunctious boys (aged 2 and 3). The boys always looked forward to seeing her and she constantly kept them entertained, playing games and doing crafts around the house or going on adventures outside or taking trips to the playground. She is incredibly punctual, reliable and communicative - she never hesitated to dive right into getting the boys dressed in the mornings and fixing them breakfast without being asked, and was able to have fun with them while keeping their regular eating and nap schedules. Whenever I got home from work I would find her either playing some fun game with the boys indoors or doing something fun outside that the boys did not want to end yet. I only needed her as a nanny for the summer, but I would call her in a heartbeat to watch my boys again.
