About Melanie

I have a long history of caring for babies, children, and teens. I have my master degree in counseling and work full time. While in school and building my business I worked in a daycare and was a nanny. In the beginning of my career I was an adolescent counselor working with kids and families. Over my years of experience caring for children infancy to teen years, I've have always provided a nurturing environment while also maintaining consistency and structure. I'm very comfortable caring for infants/babies. My car and comfort with pets make me even more flexible in my caregiving role. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method for discussing their child's day or any issues that may arise. I am new to the area and am excited about the opportunity to support your family and provide reliable child care.
