Melanie quickly became one of my two boys favorite people. She is kind, patient, caring and has a knack for working with kids. I appreciate how easily she handles stressful situations and somehow maintains her cool through it all. My two boys have given her a run for her money and they LOVE AND BEG to have her watch them. She is amazing! 100% trustworthy, prompt, and communicates great!
