As a mother myself and regular babysitter for 8+ years, I find great joy in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere. My approach to discipline is centered around gentle guidance and redirection, always prioritizing the child's well-being and emotional development. I'm looking for a position that allows me to bring my almost 2-year-old with me. He is a good kid who is well socialized. I currently watch my 2-year-old and 3-month-old nephews a couple days a week so he is used to having kids around and I have no issues watching multiple kids.
