I've been a nanny for 23 years. I love watching children learn and grow. I've been blessed to have had the opportunity to work with so many kids and families over the years. I love working one on one. I believe all kids are different and you have to find what works for each one. Also, I love to help the family out as much as possible with basic cleaning, laundry and cooking, so when they arrive back home they have quality time together as a family. I've worked with 2 weeks old through 8 years old. And have had up to 4 kids at once. Don't mind running errands or getting groceries. Some of my qualities are: honest, dependable, laid back, kind, and gentle. I believe children are a gift from God, and I'm so thankful he has chosen me to care for these little ones for a season.

Melanie was a lifesaver when I needed a temporary hire. She was punctual and lived minutes from my home. She brought her energy for my three little ones and managed to tire them out everyday which isn't easy with twin toddlers. She taught them to draw shapes. I would definitely hire Melanie again.
