Mel has been with our family from 2018- May 2024, watching our two kids since my my second was born, they are now 6 and 8. The kids love her and she loves them! Mel is a career nanny (with over 20 years of nannying experience!!!) and dedicates herself fully to her family. She is extremely responsible, reliable (always on time), friendly and communicative, and absolutely trustworthy. She also is an animal lover and does pet sitting/pet care (she is one of my dog's favorite people). If that isn't enough she is happy to help with cooking (including meal prep for the whole family), cleaning (she pulls out the vacuum and mop regularly without even being asked), laundry, running errands/grocery shopping, driving kids, or anything else you may need. She is willing to travel with family or do overnights at your home if desired! She is a hard worker and does not need to be asked to do things, but will proactively take on tasks as needed. She is great at abiding by any routines or schedules you give her, which we also have greatly appreciated. She takes pride in her work and it shows.
