I have experience in : Private homes, apartments, hotels, and health clubs, I was a Live In Housekeeper for a Doctor on an 10 acre Estate I cleaned a 3 level home , did laundry, prep food, gardening , watched the dog and light maintenance in 2021 I also worked at Senior Independent Living Community with 100 units from 2012 to 2016, I was in charge of the overall cleaning and upkeep which include bathrooms, fitness room, library, computer room, community room and offices. I also perform maintenance tasks as needed and assist in the office with answering phones, filing leases, posting work orders and other related office duties. I work fast and have high standards for all assignments. When I worked as an apartment office manager, I was responsible to do small maintenance tasks myself as well as prepare empty units for rental. I prefer hands-on jobs.
