I am a former teacher, certified in grades PK-5, with a B. S. in ECE/SPED. I have experience teaching students from age two to 5th grade. I left teaching this past June. - 3 years as lead teacher in an inclusion prekindergarten classroom. - 1 year as lead teacher in a self-contained early learning/prekindergarten classroom for children ages 3-5 with special needs. - 3 years as a co-teacher in grades PK-1, providing support in the general education classroom and small-group pullout sessions for ELA, math, science annd social studies instruction. - 1 year as lead teacher in an inclusion kindergarten classroom. - 2 years as lead teacher in a general education kindergarten classroom. - 2 years as Science Olympiad coach for students in grades 3-5. - 1 year teaching PK2-K STEAM in a private school setting. - Certified CPR and Stop the Bleed. - Mindset training completion.
