Melanie watched our 8 month old on short notice. She took charge playing with our daughter, overcoming our daughter's stranger danger and distracting her from our departure. She touched base partway through the afternoon and was very quick with communication before and during the time she was hired. Was very warm, confident, and obviously experienced with children. Will definitely have her back again.
