As a single Mom who literally was so thrilled to find Melanie, I am utterly shocked that I have to write this review. My daughter thinks she did something wrong because out of no where and with no notice or communication and months of dates on the schedule after working for me for 4 months once a week consistently out of no where Melanie disappeared. No calls, no texts, no responses just disappeared. After countless attempts to contact her, with genuine worry for her well being and still no response. I was so concerned I notified Care.com for fear something happened to her because this seemed like completely uncharacteristic behavior as her and my daughter as well as her and myself seem to have an amazing working relationship. She seemed like the best babysitter until she just didn't show up for her scheduled shift out of no where and without explanation. It is with a sad heart that I had to write this but I really don't want any other child to be affected like that. My daughter had grown attached to her. Also she was not hired for tutoring she was hired for child care but that isn't listed as an option to choose
