I will assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL), meals, bathing, dressing, companionship, activities, incontinent care and bathroom assist , mobility, vitals. I can also provide assistance with treatment and procedures as provided by a healthcare provider, administering and setting up medications and medication reminders, laundry, light housekeeping, while keeping clean, tidy, and safe environment . arranging transportation, assist in making and receiving telephone calls, setting up and accompanying the client to and from appointments, I will keep track of the clients needs such as refills on medications, clothing, and personal items.
