Hello! My name is Melana and I'm an Education Sciences major at UC Irvine. I have two years of experience working with children. My passion for fostering children's growth and development sparked my interest in babysitting. I have a natural ability to connect with children and make them feel safe and comfortable. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I follow their preferred communication method and provide verbal updates at pickup. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. I love playing board games and puzzles with children, and I also enjoy using technology-based games and apps to promote learning. I have a car, so I'm able to transport children to and from activities, and I'm comfortable with pets. I'm confident that I can provide a nurturing and positive environment for your child.
