Meagan's positive energy exudes from her personality! She kept our sometime reluctant four year old active and engaged through a tough summer of big changes for him. We felt safe knowing what we were coming home to when she was with our kiddo. The hardest thing for me as a working mom is focusing on my job when I don't know what is going on at home. She made sure to share as much or little communication as we needed during the day, and I often came home to find she'd done some small thing around the house or picked up toys. She communicated scheduling changes as soon as she knew about them, always showed up when we expected her, and set us at ease immediately. We were worried about finding someone who would support our parenting philosophies and goals and found that we were on the same page about most things, but that she was eager to adjust her approach to our needs. Our low-sugar vegetarian wild child was no match for her and we often came home to a happy kid, ready for a nap!
