We have been incredibly fortunate to have Meghan help our family on and off for the past six years with our three young children. Meghan is truly extraordinary in every sense—caring, empathetic, smart, energetic, athletic, creative, and proactive. She has been a consistent source of joy and reliability in our children’s lives and ours. Meghan's creativity knows no bounds. She would plan fun activities, from outings to the park, bike rides, and pool to creating incredible arts and crafts projects with our kids. One example that stands out is when she wrote a book about space and the planets they could color—a project they adored. She even made them a personalized photo book and sent thoughtful arts and crafts packages during holidays, which made her care feel present even when she wasn’t physically with us. Beyond her creative talents, Meghan was a rock-solid support for our family. She would pick the kids up from school, take them to activities, and cook meals for them. She kept their rooms and play areas tidy and organized, demonstrating her respect for our home and values. Meghan also emphasized good manners and respect for others, seamlessly reinforcing the values we prioritize as a family. She had a knack for helping the children work through minor disagreements in a positive, constructive way, offering creative approaches that aligned perfectly with how we handled such situations. Her ability to thoughtfully navigate challenges added an extra layer of confidence and trust in her care. Meghan was never late, never missed a day, and always went above and beyond. On the days she was in school or working when we needed help, she took the initiative to find and coordinate other babysitters, ensuring a smooth transition and peace of mind for us. Meghan is everything you could hope for in a caregiver: proactive, trustworthy, and deeply invested in the well-being of the children she looks after. We can’t recommend her highly enough—she’s an absolute treasure, and anyone lucky enough to have her will be in the best of hands.
