am currently working as a temporary IA (instructional assistant) at a elementary school. I work with exceptional education. I have spent time working with family's including children of all ages at an institution . During my time there, I served as a supervisor on the floors by helping take care of children while assisting in their daily tasks, enabling family members to complete important duties or take hold of opportunities. I have experience working with kids from many different backgrounds, ages and in many different situations. In addition, I have a lot of experience caring for children with special needs. I'm patient and understanding toward all individual children, knowing that care for each child is unique. My goals include working and pursuing higher education, potentially in early childhood development, and psychology. My passion is working with children and helping them understand their value.
