She recently moved to Murray Hill and is looking to work around 40 hrs/week as a babysitter from mid-July through the end of August and as her schedule permits throughout the school year. Meghan earned her B. S. in Biology and Spanish from the University of Michigan in 2022. After graduating, she served with AmeriCorps, acting as a liaison between schools and farms to connect students with locally grown food and nutrition education. Meghan then moved to DC where she worked for an environmental consulting firm, as well as volunteered weekly in D. C. Public Schools. Other relevant experience includes working as a summer camp counselor and volunteering as a literacy mentor in Detroit. Meghan was CPR certified in 2021. Her certification has since expired, but she would be happy to have it renewed!

I worked with Meghan in schools and the way she made kids feel seen and heard was so important. Meghan genuinely cares about the kids she is working with. Her ability to let kids safely explore during projects was always such a great learning experience for kids. Meghan is very smart and works well with kids who are curious. She never dismisses kids questions even when you know they’re just trying to be stinkers.
