About Meghan

Hello! I've been a special education teacher for 15 years, and I have spent most of my career working with students with learning disabilities. I also have my own child with ADHD that I am successfully keeping out of the special education system through my tutoring and working with him every day after school to enhance the skills he's learning in first grade and to close the gap of where he is behind. I have worked with many students in my career that could have avoided being in the special ed system, if they just had a little extra one on one tutoring. Early reading and phonics skills are best mastered through repetition, the same goes for math skills. Until these early learning skills are mastered, the student can not move on to comprehension and application. I'd love to help your child succeed!
