I have been a preschool teacher for over four years, focusing in children 2-3 years old and have had plenty of experience with children in the school ages 6 weeks-6 years. I also have experience working as an assistant director at a daycare in Chicago. I enjoy coming up with activities that will engage children while also working on literacy skills, fine/gross motor, and more! During high school and college I spent a lot of time babysitting for neighbors, friends, and family. I have four nieces and nephews that I love spending time with (trying to be the cool aunt!), and they are 1, 4, 9, and 10 years old. I got my bachelors degree in Psychology from University of Iowa, and received additional college credit in Early Childhood Education from Harold Washington College. I'm originally from Chicago, IL and moved to Denver in August 2021.

I will start this review by quoting my now 15 year-old son and 10 year old daughter, who recently said... "We miss Meghan!" "Remember how awesome it was when Meghan came over every day?" "Meghan is hilarious! Meghan was so nice to us." "Can we invite Meghan over?" We met Meghan through a mutual friend when I needed a full-time sitter for my very active kids one summer. My first impression was that she was sweet and calm - nothing seemed to 'ruffle her feathers', and nothing seemed like too much trouble. She was fabulous. Most importantly, she was involved with my kids - she did crafts and played soccer and took them to the park and the pool. She paid full attention to them - and it is not easy to find a sitter who will pay more attention to your children than to her i-phone! I highly recommend Meghan and would trust her completely to take care of my children, parents, pets, house, vehicle, etc. It is easy to see why my kids love her. We miss her!
