Hello! My name is Meghan and I live in New Haven with my boyfriend, our two cats, Steve and General, and our rats, Frito and Pepper! I am currently enrolled at NVCC and have taken classes pertaining to early childhood and education including child development, child behavior, and childhood language development. I have over 4 years of experience with babysitting and nannying children ages 6-12 and have worked with numerous families of different backgrounds. I am very passionate about childcare and am studying to become a teacher. My goals are to eventually get my bachelor's degree in education and to find a family I can work with long-term. Other than childcare, I'm more than happy to cook, clean, organize, run errands, and take care of pets. I find joy in helping others and being able to make a positive difference in someone's life. Megan was wonderful for my two 9 year old girls! She picked them up from school, provided a snack and kept them focus on completing their homework! She provided loving structure while having fun with the girls. I would recommend Meghan for future childcare positions. She also was wonderful with our dog and cats and chickens!
