About Meggie

Hello there! My name is Meggie, and I'm excited to let you know a little bit about myself. I grew up in Jersey, went to school in Philly, and have been working professionally in theater for the last eight years. In between stage work I've always worked with kids to supplement my income, and it brings me joy watching kids grow and learn. I've helped all ages (newborn-high school) and done it all (potty training, live-in nanny, learning to walk, bath time, meal prep, cleaning I could go on and on, but I'm sure you get it). I am incredibly enthusiastic, active, and playful but I recognize a lot of kids are going to need assistance remote learning this year. Recently when I've been home I've been a substitute teacher, and due to Covid I'm looking to work in smaller groups, but it also means I'm a great homework helper.
