I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Megan. I hired Ms. S. to work as an assistant caregiver in my in-home daycare for about 2.5 months. Her background working with children helped her to succeed in working with the children in my daycare. Ms. S. had a very caring and respectful relationship with the children, parents, and other adults in my daycare. She performed her job duties as expected and made sure the children were well taken care of. If she was unclear of what needed to be done, she always asked and made herself available to help with anything that needed to be done while she was working. Ms. S. understood that working in an in-home daycare, one needed to be flexible when it came to schedules and daily routine. Ms. S. was always willing to work when I needed her to. Ms. S. genuinely loves children and is a very hard worker. Any place of employment (especially one that includes working with children) would be lucky to have her as part of their staff.
