Hello, my name is Megan I was originally from Iowa, but have recently moved to North Carolina. I started as Summer help in a care facility for individuals diagnosed with developmental delays where I worked with a spectrum of diagnoses and personalities after I graduated college I immediately started working as a case manager, where I overall residential day and appointment services for adults with developmental delays and brain injuries, during that time, I had a wide range of plan meetings all the way to direct care service, providing myself. I worked with individuals that needed hourly care all the way through intensive care at nursing facility. I am currently working on becoming a registered behavior technician for kids diagnosed on the autism spectrum.
