I worked for a family from 2014 to 2018 as nanny and personal assistant. I would come in a few hours before school released and clean up the kitchen from breakfast that day, I would run the laundry and fold and put it away. I did the grocery shopping and picked up dry cleaning. I came in for deliveries that required a signature. I scheduled any house maintenance and was there to let them in. Helped with the pets. Made beds and tidied up bedrooms and common areas. Picked up and sorted mail. Planned birthday parties for the children. I did the Christmas shopping. I helped with some vacation arrangements. Then I picked the children up from school each day and prepared them a snack. Sat them down and helped them get their homework completed. Then I drove them to their various extracurricular activities in the afternoon and evenings then took them home. I occasionally assisted in dinner preparations with my boss.
