Megan was responsive at first when she applied for the position, and seemed great. When it came time to meet for an interview she was a no show, and I didn't hear from her. The weather was bad that day so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and reached out the next day and she never responded. I think responsiveness and communication is an important characteristic to have and unfortunately Megan does not have these qualities. I think it's important for other families to be aware of this before considering her. It's a shame.
