Megan has been absolutely amazing! She's on time or usually a few minutes early. She's flexible and has been really respectful of the way I want to parent and she's quick to adapt to whatever is in front of her. She gets everything done and is very proactive, sometimes doing things I hadn't thought to ask of her while the baby sleeps. 10 out of 10 would recommend
