About Megan

I am an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience providing community and in home supports to seniors and adults, with speciality is physical disabilities and mental health issues. I am looking to support individuals in my community of Sturbridge and surrounding towns outside my working hours which are M-F 8a-6p. I like caring for seniors because there are so little options for our seniors that help gap needs between community and going into a nursing home. I believe safely keeping people at home longer does wonders for their health and humanity. Our seniors have given us so much and I want to give back. Anyone I am in the care of will get nothing but compassion, respect, and hopefully a little bit of fun as well. My skills include assessing and implementing best practices to support level of care need for activities of daily living, engaging them in preferred hobbies and outings, making sure their environment is sanitary, safe, and welcoming.
