About Megan

Hello! My name is Megan, and I am a passionate and experienced childcare professional with 10+ years of teaching experience and about 20 years of working with children in various roles. I have my BS in Child Development with a focus on ECE and have dedicated my career to helping children grow, learn, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. As a teacher, I bring a wealth of knowledge in child development, educational strategies, and behavior management. I have worked with children of all ages (3 yrs to 14), and I tailor my approach to meet each child's unique needs. I pride myself on being patient, creative, and organized. Beyond the classroom, I have extensive experience as a babysitter, volunteer, camp counselor, & mentor and I understand the importance of open communication with families.
