Hello! I'm Megan. I've been working with children since I was in high school- Graduated from Whittier Tech in Early Childhood. Currently pursuing my degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, triple minoring in Psychology, Deaf Studies, and Health & Society. I love working with children; My specialty is with infants & toddlers but have worked with preschoolers-preteens too. I love being a part of their growing process & seeing a child learn new things daily. Seeing the twinkle in their eye and the huge smile of accomplishment when they master a new skill is a wonderful feeling- that I absolutely cherish being a part of. I have intermediate knowledge of American Sign Language, having taken ASL1-3 (will be taking ASL 4 as well). I do not drive but I have reliable transportation and pride myself on my punctuality and commitment to all jobs. Additional references available upon request. I hired Megan to watch my 1 year old while I was at a wedding and was blown away. It was the first time leaving my daughter with someone she didn’t know and she took to Megan instantly. Megan kept me updated throughout the day/night and I never even asked her to. She is so calm, caring, and comforting. I would hire Megan again and again and absolutely recommend her to everyone!
