I have experience with Special Needs Children and adults for about 7 plus years. I have worked as an after school babysitter for a 7-year-old with ADHD and lowered IQ. I have experience working at a Program for students with special needs and lowered IQ, when I started I started off as a mentor with minimal hours by the end I was Head Mentor overlooking all the other Mentors and the head officer worker. I grew up working and connecting with children and adults with Special Needs, due to the fact that my mother was a pediatric dental hygienist whose specialty was Special Needs. I go to training's every year for Mental Health Conferences and Training on how to handle all different situations that may occur on a daily basis. I have done per Diem work for Special Needs adults and Youth Consultation Services Group homes for children with Special Needs.
