About Megan

Hello! My name is Megan, and I'm a 21-year-old junior at Louisiana State University. I'm absolutely loving my time at LSU and feel so fortunate to be a part of the Tiger community. Outside of academics, I'm a dedicated and experienced childcare professional with a passion for providing top-notch care to children of all ages and abilities. With over 8 years of experience in childcare, I've had the privilege of working with children ranging from 11 months to 12 years old, including those with special needs such as autism and type 1 diabetes. I'm committed to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth. My approach is centered around building strong relationships with the children in my care, and I take great joy in watching them learn, explore, and thrive.
