I have worked in childcare for over 10 years including work as a daycare provider, teacher assistant, and, primarily, as a nanny. Megan is everything you could ever want in a nanny for your child: kind, caring, nurturing, patient and dependable. She has been with our family for over a year taking care of our (now 18 months) son and I cannot say enough about Megan other than what I tell her almost everyday "she makes our lives better". She comes every day right on time with a smile on her face ready to get to work. She and our son have such a special bond due to her loving and nurturing way with him. She is so conscientious from how she cuts and prepares his food to how she leaves the house when her day is done with us, even the dogs' water bowls are full! On days when I work from home and can overhear Megan with our son I smile from not only what she says to him but also how she says it; she truly understands little kids. She has kept our son safe, happy and engaged for over a year and, while I'm devastated she is moving away, we are so happy that another family will be able to enjoy all that Megan has to offer!
