Met with Megan for an interview, she was very nice, arrived on time, and established a bond with my three year old right off the bat. She spoke to him like he was a real person (not baby talk), which is a huge huge deal for me. Seemed very professional, unfortunately our schedules didn't mesh the way I needed them too, which was disappointing, but not her fault.
