About Megan

With over a decade of experience from newborn to school age children, as well as the duties of household manager/ assistant, personal assisting, and pet care. I'm comfortable caring for up to 3 children. I currently have a fairly flexible schedule, finding the right fit with a family is most important. I would consider myself a self starter, only needing a brief introduction to your household and discussion of the desired duties that the role entails, before taking the initiative and going from there. I always follow the parents lead in parenting style, having experience in the love & logic approach, that I see value and success in with the children I've worked with. I also have significant twin experience, working with twin boys, aged 5, for about a year, then, twin girls aged 2. 5 for several years, then baby boy/ girl twins for about a year. I'm warm, caring, and nurturing, patient, kind and supportive understanding the importance my role plays in the family dynamic day to day.
