About Megan

I'd describe my personality as creative, patient, responsible. I like tutoring because it gives me a chance to connect with children, to help them to push challenge themselves and see how much they can accomplish, and to see children succeed where they previously struggled. I'm looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a child's life, to help build a child's confidence, and to teach skills that a child can take with them and use throughout a lifetime of learning. I started tutoring when I was in high school and the child of a family friend was struggling in math. They hired me to work with him once a week.
