About Megan

Hi, my name is Megan . I recently graduated from Texas Tech University with a Digital Media and Professional Communication degree. I wanted to get back into childcare now that I have more media literacy knowledge and hope to get kids off their iPads and connect with real humans. I've always been a nurturer since a young age, taking responsibility at my childhood dance studio by attending younger levels of ballet classes to allow the students to follow my lead while the teacher gave corrections. Through that role, I found myself finding a passion for teaching, leading to my next job at my old daycare, where I started as a Summer Camp Assistant and After-School Assistant. When I turned 18, I was finally allowed to cover my classroom of about six children two to three years of age, where I was in charge of their daily routine of lunches and snacks, laying down for a nap, and gym time to run our sillies out.
