About Megan

A little about me: I am on summer break from college looking for a job! I graduated from Aiea High in 2022. Since then I have gotten my CNA license and CPR certification. I am drawn to the joy and fulfillment that comes with interacting with kids, and I find it incredibly rewarding to be a part of their developmental journey. My patience and friendly nature allows me to connect with children and create a safe, nurturing environment for them to grow and learn. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup and send regular text or phone call updates throughout the day. I adapt my communication style based on the parents' preferred method. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that the children understand and adhere to them. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, educational games, and etc.
