I'm a 20-year-old babysitter and now work part-time as a licensed esthetician at a med/day spa. I'm also a certified CNA and CPR-certified. I am drawn to the joy and fulfillment that comes with interacting with kids, and I find it incredibly rewarding to be a part of their developmental journey. My patience and friendly nature allows me to connect with children and create a safe, nurturing environment for them to grow and learn. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup and can send updated through the day if needed. I adapt my communication style based on the parents' preferred method. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that the children understand and adhere to them. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, educational games, and etc.
