Megan is great with kids. She is compassionate, level headed and responsible. Additionally she is a good communicator, punctual and coach-able. Easygoing, she finds ways to keep the kids, entertained, well fed and kept while also helping with small house tasks when needed. We have two under 5. Our eldest is a sensory seeking munchkin and has lots of energy. Megan meets him at his level with patience and compassion while reinforcing his best strengths like reading and making art. Our youngest is 1 and a half and he enjoys all the cuddles with her. We have appreciated having her as we transition from the pandemic halt + figuring out the sensory needs and move into going back to school regularly.
