About Megan

Hi, I'm Meg! I am an experienced childcare provider/former early childhood education specialist (infants, toddlers, and early preschool). I have 20+ years of experience with children six weeks to 13 years of age in a wide variety of settings, including private/public schools, individualized private teaching within children's homes, camps, music lessons, and babysitting/nannying. I have my 90-hour preschool certification and my 45-hour infant and toddler certification, as well as numerous continued education certifications. I also have a bachelors degree in applied psychology with a focus in child advocacy. I am kind, empathetic, creative, and infinitely patient. I love implementing what I learned from teaching into my nannying, such as embodied learning/emergent curriculum, learning through play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and sensory materials.
