I enjoy tutoring because it's fantastic to see something click for a student that hasn't clicked before. I love being able to help foster excitement and confidence about subjects they thought they weren't able to grasp. I've previously taught biology labs during my graduate degree, and have served as a lecturer in environmental biology summer programs for students. I've also tutored for a family in Bethesda with three kids at different grade levels for around two years before stopping during the pandemic.
