About Megan

I am a seasoned nanny with 15 years of experience. Working with children, especially in their first few years of life is a passion of mine. My most recent position was serving as a nanny to infant twins and their toddler sister in 2020. When their family moved out of town and my position ended I took a step back from childcare to explore other opportunities. Nothing fulfills me more than playing an active role in early childhood development though, especially in a home-setting with a growing family. I'm hoping to connect with a family looking for long-term care (1+ years) at least 20 hours/week. I have specialized experience working with children ages newborn to 5 years old. This experience comes with an extensive focus on fostering developmental milestones and using techniques from the Montessori method to encourage constructive play. Some of my experience includes sleep training, potty training, and baby-led weaning. I am also willing to help with household management tasks.
