About Megan

I grew up with a lot of pets all around. We had two labs, two cats, and a hamster for most of my childhood. I now own a parakeet, a golden retriever mix, and 4 cats! I spent a lot of time as a kid taking care of my neighbors dogs and cats when they were out of town, and I absolutely loved it! I am also currently in college to become a professional dog trainer. I absolutely love working with animals, especially cats and dogs, but I also love unusual pets as well! In my spare time, I like to play with my puppy and my cats. I'm often cleaning up the house as well, or I love to visit my sister and spend time with my niece and nephews! I like to curl up and read on occasion, but more likely I'll be found socializing with friends. I also enjoy swimming quite a bit. One thing you should know about me is I am deaf. I wear a cochlear implant, so I am able to hear and speak quite well, and it won't negatively affect my work. I know some sign language, but it is very minimal and basic.
