I have eight years of experience as a direct care worker. I worked through an agency and worked within the clients home to provide assistance for activities of daily living. Most of my experience is with nonverbal clients that required a medium-high level of care. However, I have also worked with clients that were more independent and required verbal prompts to complete activities of daily living and would accompany the clients on outings. I am passionate about the community. I understand the importance of building a relationship based on trust with my clients and my favorite part is getting to know them.
