About Meagan

Hello! My name is Meagan, I'm 23 years old and have approximately 7 years of experience working with children, from infants to teenagers. I've always loved kids and am currently pursuing a Bachelors in Art Education with a focus in Elementary Teaching at UNM. Some of my favorite memories as a kid are rooted in creativity and the freedom to express myself through art so I would love to be apart of helping kids discover that side of themselves! Some of my experiences include: run of the mill babysitting and nannying, serving in my church's teen and preteen ministry, and teaching Sunday School for ages 6mo-5 and 6-9. I'm a natural mediator, extremely patient, and am always seeking to understand others point of view so that I can best respond to situations, which has come in handy when dealing with temper tantrums and sibling arguments.
