I honestly cannot praise McKyla highly enough. She was our nanny for 3yrs, since my oldest was 9 mos old and became a second mother to both kids. McKyla was dependable, responsible, flexible, punctual, tidy, and eager to go the extra mile to make our lives easier. Most importantly, she is loving, ethical, and truly a role model for my kids. She treated my children as her own while simultaneously being incredibly respectful of my preferences as their parent. She introduced them to new experiences, working with them to set up a garden and taking my oldest camping for the first time. She has such creativity in bringing developmentally interesting activities (nature collages, baking dog biscuits, sensory play with my infant, etc). I trusted her completely to care for my children, my dog, and my home when I was traveling (both internationally & domestically) and honestly never worried about a thing while the kids were in her care. I cried when she had to leave. You'll be lucky to have her!
