About Mckinley

I've been working as a childcare provider for the past five years, and my passion for caring for children comes from all the positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. I'm a patient, calm, and friendly individual who has a lot of energy to keep up with young kids and am always excited to help them grow and learn! I believe that communication is key, so I follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day or any issues that arise. In terms of household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. I would also love to help out around the house if that is something that would be needed. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, and I have experience with all age groups from infants to preteens. I am going to school to be an early elementary teacher so this experience is so helpful!
