About Mckenzie

I have vast experience working with children of different ages and in different settings. I coached youth recreation teams and summer camps for volleyball. The last 2 years I have worked as a substitute teacher, subbing for elementary and middle school. I have done long term assignments that included: teaching a 2nd/1st grade combo class, PE teacher, and special education teacher. I love animals and would be happy to care for any pet you own. I have a sweet German shepherd/ lab mix! Some of my favorite activities include, hiking, swimming, crafting, cooking, baking, and working out. I am a very harder worker and have a passion for working with children. I am working towards my master degree in school psychology and believe that all children have the potential for greatness. Their uniqueness and pure nature is what will help create a better world for themselves and I hope to be able to help children find their passion.
